HELP / Advise : HDB Tiles Crack : Normal ?

Have you had similar encounter ?

>30 years old HDB flat (so the tiles has been there for 30+ year too)

Tiles crack out of sudden.... length measured about 420 cm



The unit is a corner unit, just 20 m away of the construction site of new MRT station.

Is this "normal" that if this is a workmanship problem, it surfaces only 30+ years ? Someone told me that it is likely due to MRT station construction as the vibration might cause the problem, a HDB officer was sharing it is "wear and tear"....
