Previously, it used to be all branches but from the FAQ link this year, it looks like a decently extensive list but not every branch. There are a number of Xpress branches, so it would be convenient for drivers to drop off while pumping petrol, I suppose.

They collect all the books and then have a centralized sorting - volunteers are needed for that activity too.

We have something exciting this November to kick off Christmas! In conjunction with our Play Peace Project, we are partnering with Care Community Services Society and collecting toys this Christmas for the less-privileged children at selected The Body Shop stores! Let’s gift these children a chance to PLAY.

Our Giant Christmas Stockings are located in the following stores: Novena Square, Raffles City, Bugis Junction, Bukit Panjang Plaza and Parkway Parade. Can you find them? #FillTheGiantStocking #PlayForPeace

Do we need to gift wrap them?

Turn your small change from shopping into charity

Where: What if feeding your online shopping addiction pays off by helping to feed a child in another country? The One Cent Movement aims to do just that, and hopes to effortlessly make poverty history one day. How ingenious!

What: Just download the One Cent plugin and continue shopping at your favourite sites, including Amazon, eBay and Zalora. During checkout, round up your purchase to the nearest dollar and your change will go toward a charity of your choice.

Visit onecent.herokuapp.com to download the plug-in and start contributing.

Not everyone in Singapore is living life in the fast lane with all the 5 C’s (Cash, Car, Condominium, Credit card, Country club membership), and it certainly isn’t very cheap to raise a family here.

Bless for Mummies and Babies (BMB) is a wonderful Facebook group which was set up to help mums in need connect with kind-hearted donors who are giving away their gently used pre-loved stuff.

Mothers in need can request for specific items, or other members can post their own second-hand items which they would like to “bless”, or donate to someone who will treasure it.

What to donate: Baby and children’s clothes, books, toys, baby diapers, prams, baby cots, and other specific requests.
