How could I find time to do exercise when have to wake up 0500a.m. in the morning to go for work and stay in office for 10 hours a day. Already so tired when come out of the office and just rush home to rest. Weekend is for doing housework and sleeping.
Maybe find ways to stay on your feet while you are working. I remember how I set up a standing table in my cubicle last time while I was working, so that I am standing all the time. Not sure how useful this was as I actually got a high chair after a while to sit on it

Walking to take public transport for eg also one way to exercise..I try to do that b4 the situation worsen, at same time save parking money.

Don’t delay. Find reason to make every activity an active exercise.

I experienced frequent headaches at one time. Then my gardening interests spurred by some KSP frds here & I started before the covid rush to gardening. Now, I hv to go all over my plants to look for flowers to pollinate & climb to do harvesting. After gardening, often sweat till T-short soaked wet. Skin also chao dar like gekleng. With bananas & at least ano 2-3 fruits daily, I don’t hv the headaches anymore. I can’t imagine if I’ve stroke in midst of covid! Past 60, cannot be careless with our health. Keep fit o’wise I’ll be a burden to my family.

Keep healthy dear. Keep safe.

Oh yes I didn't know gardening can be so good de.. get own food and can exercise. My mom put on weight after covid last year and now she lost few kgs think 4-5kg. I asked why lost so much. She says coz moving pots etc  and that only smaller scale no banana trees  but I always remind her not to go under hot sun coz very damaging to skin. Mom use umbrellas..you can use the bigger hat also. Wear those loose sleeves to protect skin from sun.

MOE said this means that students and staff who are currently placed in quarantine, or have received leave of absence and approved absence can return to school for lessons.

Ya. Suggest to her put on sunscreen & those gardening sleeves & hat. I got one 3 years back whilst in Taiwan. Saw this hat with big flaps.

I’m slowly passing some of my plants to keep MIL occupied rap when she’s alone in btwn our visits. Started with aloe Vera as she was looking fwd to hv supple skin, then a cactus that she grew so well & propagated many many babies. Just passed her a curry leave plant 🪴. Have to keep her emotional happiness & mental health in bright sunshine during this covid period. Don’t burden our mental healthcare system as she’s way past 80s

:faint: OK... here's something for your P6 to do... form a paragraph containing all the acronyms used in the chart above and we will give you $50 for the best attempt. Must hand in homework before PSLE results release day.
