I just use the calendar on my handphone. Everytime I have an appointment, the first thing I do is to jot it down in there, otherwise I forget about it. It's crucial to me.

I'm curious. For those who handwritten diaries, do you keep your diaries after the year is over? Must be hard to part with them after spending so much time with them... I don't suppose you store telephone numbers in them any more, or do you??

You are right.

There’s a sentimental value but I won’t keep more than 2 years. (May need to refer what and when I did sometime last year. Anything longer, I also can’t remember that event occurred. Hahhahahah)

We are using the calendar in Microsoft Outlook and our meeting or vocation leave will be jot in our calendar once we accept the meeting or the leave is approved. The system will remind us 30 min before the meeting start. And my colleagues can check my calendar whether I am on vocation leave.
