Italy - good and reasonably priced hotels

Up till today, I still enjoy visiting sights, more than lazing on a beach lol I haven't reached the selfie-tourist stage of life yet lol. Much as I enjoy shopping, I don't shop during trips as I dread lugging goods home.

I try to strike a balance between just lounging and relaxing (or go somewhere nearer and cheaper for that kind of holiday) and ticking off a long list of places to see. I haven't mastered selfies yet, and my kids just shake their heads at me.

Interesting! But not for my family - no-one is that interested in food. We'll definitely go for some walks, but will try to do it for free (cheapskates).
