Sounds like HK property developers. They skip level 4 and rename it as 3A then go to level 5.

For iPhone Alarms not working, share some proven solutions:
1. Check the volume level. It is obvious that iPhone alarm cannot work for anyone if you set your device on Mute.
2. Set the sound or music for the Alarm. If you have turned the volume up full but the alarm still fails to work, you ought to see if you set an alarm sound on iPhone.
3. Remake the Alarm. Another solution to the iPhone alarm not working is to delete all alarm you set and quit this app. A moment later, you can open it again and add the alarms.
4. Reset all settings on your iPhone.
5. Apply Joyoshare UltFix iPhone system recovery. Many users who have experienced the same issue reported that such a tool helped them fix the issue successfully without data loss.

I used to have this issue and discovered it's the volume of the alarm. Always good to check the volume :)
