Compared to the Taiwan brand I bou from Watson's (non snail), this NR leaves a smoother feel on the hands.

One of my finger tip has cracked skin, lotions do not seem to work on it
Try those richer hand or nail cream. Usually works for me. There are quite a few to choose from bodyshop. Want more atas brand, Crabtree has a gardener hand therapy. Pretty good too.
Oh I missed this post! Jennifer, remember to apply some antiseptic cream on the cracked part too.

At my worst, those like cetaphil works for me.

Jennifer wrote: Pocket money, I give one lump sum which is a few hundreds at the start of the year, replenish when the level is low. These days, ah boy is spending more on food. I won't want to deprive him of money to buy food.
I practice that too. Usually changed a few hundreds small notes $2 and $5 and my kids help themselves to it. I don't keep track or monitor. Although I give a guideline like if stay back for afternoon classes then will bring $5. If only recess in morning, will bring $2

When supply of notes run low, they will yak at me to change more notes.
I don't see them buying nonsense stuff. Only for food.

They don't save the balance pocket money in piggy bank. The balance flows over to next day pocket money.
