If   Mrs Jega baked u tarts on saturday, Mrs Lim baked ( u + 19) tarts on saturday.

In total Mr. Jega baked ( u + 15) tarts and Mrs Lim baked (u + 19 + 20) = ( u + 39) tarts.

So in total, they baked ( u + 15) + ( u + 39) = ( 2u + 54) tarts.

Given

3( 2u + 54)/5 = u + 39                  multiply both sides by 5

6u + 162 = 5u + 195

u = 33

33 + 15 = 48

Mrs Jega baked 48 tarts over 2 days.
