Question

Answer

We have to do this by trial and error.

Firstly,   1 and 2 is not possible as 1* 6 * 6 = 36  and 2 * 6 * 6 = 72.

3 also not possible as 96/3 = 32 and there are no possible combinations of 4-6 that can be the factors for 32.

5 is ommited as the product of a factor 5 can only produce 0 and 5 on the last digit.

So the answers must be 4 and 6.

96/4 = 24

24 = 4 * 6

So the 3 numbers are 4,4 and 6.
