Hi arosisi
Why 2 units? Can explain more if u don’t mind.. still confused 🙂 Thank you
Hi mumof8,
The girls at first is 3 units then become 5 times of boys, so I divided each unit into 5 smaller units so that the girls becomes 15 units, which can be divided by 5.
15u ÷ 5 = 3u, so the boys in the end is 3u. This means 40 boys who left is 5u – 3u = 2u.
Hope it clarifies the model for you 🙂
Hi arosisi
Yes it is much clearer now! Thank you 😁
