Is there a typo? Should be “four” containers instead of “three” Containers.

(a) From 10 deg C to 50 deg C, the higher the temperature, the faster the rate of division of Cell Q.

(b) For the bread to be soft, Lucas would want to have as much Cell Q as possible to produce the most carbon dioxide. At 80 deg C, the number of Cell Q is halved the initial addition of Cell Q, instead of increasing the number of Cell Q. So 80 deg C is not a suitable temperature for such bread making.
