Method 1 :
400 x (3.5 + 4.5) = 3200
1400 : 1800 : 3200
2800 : 3600 : 6400

Method 2 :
400/(3.5 + 4.5) = 50 (Both would meet every 50 s)
50 x 3.5 = 175 (distance Adrian jogged every 50 s)
LCM of 175 and 400 is 25 x 7 x 16 = 2800

Ans : 2800 m.

2800 is the least common multiple of 175 and 400.
