I understand the need to make 2units=2units

but couldn’t figure out the 10parts – 260.

how was the 260 derived?

From Lisa before and after ratio,

There is a need to multiply (1 part – 26) by 10, in order to compare with 2 units.

Therefore 2 units = 10 parts – 260
