Amy. Beatrice and Calin had some stickers. Calin had 18 more stickers than Amy. Calin had 3/4 as many stickers as Beatrice. After Amy and Calin received a total of 36 stickers from Beatrice in a ratio of 3:1 respectively, all the three girls had the same amount of stickers.

Answer

Let’s call them A, B and C respectively.

If B has 4u, then C would have 3u. (3/4 of B)
And A would have 3u-18

36 stickers given, from ratio of A:C=> 3:1, A would received 3p and C would received 1p.
4p = 36
p = 9
A received 3p = 27
C received 1p = 9

After giving out the stickers
B = 4u -36,
A = 3u + 9,
C = 3u +9

And since they all have equal number of stamps in the end,
4u – 36 = 3u + 9
u = 45

a) At first C has 3u = 135 stickers ###

b) In the beginning,
A has 3u-18 = 117
B has 4u = 180

A : B : C => 117 : 180 : 135
13 : 20 : 15 ####
