Thanks alot for the

Thanks alot for the enlightening post think you have to calm some others going BERSERK ; ie. The post

( FAT HOPE ; TAN KU KU what they say )

i will log down your Sun Tzu Strategem as a new HOW TO BEAT THE MOE SYSTEM for People Next year.

thanks again

@Leek5 - PR factor

IMHO, while PR may be a contributing factor, it is not the main factor.

– Not all PR has kids going to P1 next year

– Still many Singaporean are clueless of how to be eligible for phase 2B. New PR who just landed 1-2 yrs ago, may be in the same shoe, and even if they did their homework, they may not be in-time to register for PV.

Personally, I felt the main contributing factors should be

– more & more people are becoming aware & informed of which schools are more popular and need of priority registration to enhance chance

– property boom, more higher density residential within 1km of popular schools

MOE’s planning & forecasting of demand may be another contributing factor.

Tks TankeeU must be one of

Tks Tankee

U must be one of them Sporeans who survived the Invasion of the Aliens since you got it before they landed.

Thanks Also think its Right THING TO DO IF i do end up there No One would have the nerves to go into Phase 3 ??

THROW IT BACK AT MOE and Say Hey You got me into this Now Give us Sporeans a proper place to go Increase the Intake Wahtever ( since they took away 50 places last year based on last year’s Lowest Birth rate in years ; How they did the sums really beats me NOT to mention the new Immigrant PRs’ kids which they did not even register

Its EASILY Available from ICA Resident Application Dont the Minstries TALK to Each Other At ALL Or becuase one ( the Old MOE Guy) speaks ACS lingo the other is from SJI or something ( Who heads Home Min. ie. Senior Min. ???) Or The ACS guy too shy to ask for data from ICA????

Think We need more people like you to come in BEFORE the battle started in Phase 2B ( and PV 6Mths Before that??) and i am quite embarassed to say ; Hold our hands and get out of the Maze the Guys planned out for us ; Its no joke Drawing 1Km 2Km circle radius and studying vacancies But WE DUN KNOW the PR Figures Thats the problem UNtil Phase 2C 3rd Day afternoon!

Anyway Thanks again Tankee

@Leek5 - Oldbird

hi Leek5

DS is studying in Tao Nan. He got in under phase 2B. I started my homework when he was 2, performed PV and shifted to within 1km.

IMO, if unsuccessful at phase 2C(s), better just let MOE post to nearest possible school.

Gee thanks Tankee U must be

Gee thanks Tankee

U must be an oldbird or one already got pass Before Phase 2C

Definitely i HOPE Not to be thrown into Phase 3 WWF Free-For-All with the Lions, Wolves and Gladiators like us but why did we endup in the Coloseum in the first place, maybe the Roman Emperor wish to see some blood and excitement from the gory fight betw. their citizens barbarians and what have they got??

Anyway Just for safety sake i would compile my list of nearby Top 3 schools for Our Dear Benevolent MOE to salvage me out since dun have to fight with the barbarians , lions , wolves , etc. Gee How nice of MOE to think about us , how about telling us how to register for Utd world College Junior School or Canadian German French Korean or even Japanese Pri School at WestCoast?

Anyway Thanks Tankee

@LEEKS - Singaporean ended up in Phase 3

for those Singaporean & Singapore PR that are balloted out in phase 2C(supplementary), they have 2 options:

– they can request MOE to post their your child to a school which still has vacancies after Phase 2C (supplementary)

– or register at a school which still has vacancies at Phase 3

By allowing MOE to post, would avoid competing with non-Singaporean. I understand that MOE will post the child to the nearest possible school with vacancies.

Sad Sad Are you all

Sad Sad Are you all Sporeans???

Its now Waiting for Phase 2C(S) and you all naive People are still pondering which school is Better ???

Now deciding Which School that is nearest to your Address which have a high vacancies and Not need to ballot in Ph2 C(S)

No wonder all the New Foreign PRs are laughing all the way home after getting places in Ph 2B and 2C without Balloting ( i saw a Filipino PR filling in a form on site at CHIJ at Ph 2C ; i wonder what form is she filling in then But most likely she filled in a form which enabled her to sneak pass all us Dumb Sporeans who juts know only to play by the rules unlike them )

Hope you all Sporeans WAKE UP and seriously consider this BEFORE Hopefully Not you end up in Phase 3 with all the invading Foreign non-PRs also charging at you???

Sigh  again for us Sporeans …. Bros whats happening?

ICE ICE Hesitating

IceIce think nows not the time to hesitate which school is better But Which School is NEAREST to your Address to have any chance of getting in at Ph2C(S) after your balloting

IF u r out of Ballot or Ph3 FORGET about Gan Eng Seng

Dun think any place left for you after the Ph2C(S) since they will all be lining up with their Distance 1Km to 2Km If you are even thinking of New Town means you are out of 2Km FORGET it you wont even get to ballot at Ph2C(S)

So better concentrate on New Town and Queenstown since they have higher number of vacant places and within your 2km circle

Hi, in what aspect is better?

Hi, in what aspect is better? pls advise as i’m deciding these 2 schools also. Thank you?
