The Water Family Enrichment Centre is founded by Teacher Jerry in 2007. 
Teacher Summer, previously from the Ministry of Education, joined him in 2012.
The qualified and experienced coaches provide swimming lessons and experienced ex-MOE teachers provide group tuition for primary level children. TWFEC is an establishment built with love and passion, believing in the potential of every child and work together with parents to maximise his or her potential.
