Bethesda (Katong) Kindergarten

Bethesda (Katong) Kindergarten was founded in 1953.  It is registered with the Ministry of Education, Singapore and is open to children of all nationalities and religions in the 3 (Pre-Nursery) to 6 (Kindergarten 2) years age group.

Pre-Nursery: for children turning 3 years old
Nursery: for children turning 4 years old
Kindergarten 1 (K1): for children turning 5 years old
Kindergarten 2 (K2): for children turning 6 years old

Our Goal

A developmentally appropriate programme for children aged 3 to 6 years. A conducive and stimulating environment that caters for the children’s total development and builds for them a solid foundation for their future education.

We have a team of dedicated, caring and committed teachers who are professionally qualified and experienced. The staff is able to relate in the development stage of children according to different personalities, with understanding and patience.

• 12 students to 1 teacher and an assistant in a Pre-Nursery class
• 15 students to 1 teacher and an assistant in a Nursery class
• 24 students to 1 teacher and an assistant in a K1 class
• 27 students to 1 teacher and an assistant in a K2 class
