A child’s learning in the early years is crucial as it lays the foundation for his/her development throughout life. At Little Gems Playschool, we aim to develop each child into well-balanced individual with a thirst for knowledge.

Our curriculum, programmes and facilities are designed based on the "learning centre" concept. Much effort is placed on developing thematically-based lesson plans which integrate the local school context with emphasis on developing creativity and critical thinking skills. We also provide free enrichment prog such as Calligraphy and Montessori.

Out Philosophy & Approach

Our programme is designed to tap on the inert curiosity of every child towards self discovery and learning. We believe every child is a thinker and opportunities are needed to arouse that ability. Our goal is to foster a self-exploratory and stimulating environment that nurtures the PIES development in every child.

Our team of dedicated and trained teachers recognizes that every child is special and unique. They are committed in sharing the joys of learning in a safe and secure environment for every child.

We provide half day or full day childcare services for:
Playgroup/Pre-nursery 18 months – 3 years
Nursery 3 years – 4 years
Kindergarten 4 years – 6 years

We also provide:
Before and after school care 6 years – 12 years
Enrichment programmes
Flexi-Care programmes (3-hour programme)

Our Curriculum & methodology
Our curriculum is designed around the belief that a child learns best through play. Play helps a child develops concepts, understands how things and ideas are connected. It gives children opportunities to understand the world, interact with other in social ways, express and control emotions, and develop symbolic capabilities. Much effort is placed on creating a continuous learning environment that integrates age appropriate activities with interactive and child-initiated sessions.
