Tampines One Playground

The playground of Tampines One occupies a large open space on the rooftop, with plenty of sitting area for parents. The playground is partially sheltered.

The play area was divided into areas for toddlers (2 – 5 years old) and older children (5 – 12 years old).

The toddler play area had a little slide and spring bouncers that were generally safe for young children.

There was also a wet play area.  But note that it was undergoing maintenance when we visited and scheduled to reopen in late August.   It consisted of a shallow water play area for younger children, with timed water dunk in another section.  And in the furthest section, there were 2 slides – one gentle slide for younger children and one slightly steeper one for older children

Around the playground, there were also activity boards for kids to play with.

   

There was even a scavenger hunt for kids to participate in!
